Monotypes

An image is created by scratching lines, using all sorts of drawing tools, on an inked glass plate. It is then printed (in reverse) by placing heavyweight paper on top and applying pressure. The result is a unique print.

Prints similar to those on the site are available for sale:

*  small monotypes (sizes 10 x 14.5 cm and 12 x 12 cm) : £ 35

 prices include 18 x 24,  pine, beech or oak frame. 

* collection of 4 monotypes can be framed together: £ 100
